Part 1: Terms of Use of This Website

Who we are

diesbetcasino.com is an independent information site about the betting and casino brand Diesbet. We are not the operator, we are not affiliated with Raptor Entertainment Ltd or Vanta Technology LTD, and we do not act on their behalf.

What this site does not do

You cannot open an account, place bets or make payments here. We do not handle disputes between players and the operator; complaints go to the operator and, under its Anjouan licence, to an approved ADR provider (see the licensing page).

Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you register with the operator through them, we may receive a commission. This does not affect the facts we publish, and we report negative findings, such as the contradictory licence information, in the same way as positive ones.

How we source and date facts

Our information comes from the operator's own pages (footer, rules, bonus terms, payment and contact pages, promotions list) and from the Anjouan licence register. Each fact carries the date on which we checked it; the current checks are dated 4 October 2026, and the register data was fetched on 27 September 2026. Where the operator's documents contradict each other, we show the contradiction instead of choosing one version. Statements we could not verify, such as processing times, are marked as the operator's claims.

This site is intended for adults aged 18 or over. Gambling laws differ from country to country; it is your responsibility to check whether online gambling with this operator is legal where you live. The operator's Anjouan licence excludes, among others, the United Kingdom, the USA and France.

Part 2: Summary of the Operator's Rules (as published on 4 October 2026, Turkish only)

The operator's rules are available only in Turkish. The following summary covers the points that most often affect players; the operator's own text is decisive and can change at any time.

• Multiple accounts and collusion: multiple accounts are closed; collusion and identical bets from the same IP address are treated as cheating. In cases of multi-account abuse, winnings are removed and only the deposited money is returned.
• Betting systems: accounts that use the Martingale or similar systems systematically are closed and winnings are not paid.
• Roulette and live games: bets on more than 20 numbers per round (18 on multiplier roulettes) void lucky-number wins; on Lightning Dice the limit is 8 numbers. Several games, including Crazy Time, Monopoly Live and Mega Wheel, count only 10% towards turnover and pay out at most 10 times the deposit.
• One bet per event: only one bet per event is allowed; additional winnings are deleted.
• Turnover before withdrawal: without a bonus, a deposit must be turned over once before withdrawing (sports at odds of at least 1.40; casino by staking the deposited amount). Even-money bets do not count, and open bets block withdrawals.
• Withdrawal limits: minimum 100 TL; at most two withdrawals per 24 hours, at least four hours apart; maximum amounts from 20,000 ₺ to 1,000,000 ₺ per withdrawal depending on the deposit size; deposits of up to 999 ₺ can be withdrawn at most at 10 times their amount.
• Documents: the operator may request documents before a withdrawal. No separate verification (KYC) policy is published.
• Claims and complaints: claims must be raised within six months of the transaction; complaints are not accepted via social media. The complaints page refers to Curaçao eGaming and an unfilled “Lisans ( XXX )”, which does not match the Anjouan licence on record.
• Responsible gambling: no responsible-gambling page and no deposit-limit or self-exclusion tools are published; the contact page only states that under-18s cannot register.
• Countries: the operator publishes no list of excluded countries, but its Anjouan licence does not cover Australia, the Comoros, France, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom and the USA.
• Changes: the operator may change its rules at any time and may refuse accounts or bets or limit stakes without giving a reason.
