diesbetcasino.com is an independent information site about Diesbet, a Turkish-language sportsbook and casino; we are not the operator and take no bets. Status on 4 October 2026: the live mirror is www.diesbet392.com, and the operator's banner names www.diesbet393.com as the next address. The footer of that mirror still names Vanta Technology LTD and licence ALSI-202509020-FI1, while the Anjouan register and the licence seal on the same page name Raptor Entertainment Ltd and licence ALSI-202504009-FI1. On 4 October 2026 the operator's promotions list contained 22 offers, all in Turkish lira (20 on 21 August 2026). The welcome bonus is 100% up to 5,000 ₺ on a first deposit of at least 250 ₺. For casino play the deposit must be turned over once and the bonus 25 times, and winnings are capped at 50 times deposit plus bonus. The bonuses page lists all 22 offers with their turnover, caps and deadlines.
The operator publishes no VIP or loyalty programme. What it does run are loss rebates: part of a net loss returned as bonus money, from a weekly 5% (5× turnover, at most 10,000 ₺) to up to 30% on large losses and a 30% night-time rebate, most of them with 1× turnover. A rebate returns part of a loss after the house edge has already been paid; it does not turn a losing session into a winning one.
The operator states that withdrawals take 15 minutes on average; we have not tested this. Its payment rules allow at most two withdrawals per 24 hours, at least four hours apart, and any open bet blocks a withdrawal. Before withdrawing, a deposit must be turned over once: in sports on odds of at least 1.40 (every leg 1.40 or more in a combination), in the casino by staking the deposited amount. Even-money bets such as red/black or odd/even do not count.
Limits depend on the size of the deposit: deposits of 1–999 ₺ allow 20,000 ₺ per withdrawal and 40,000 ₺ per 24 hours, rising in steps to 1,000,000 ₺ per withdrawal and 5,000,000 ₺ per day for deposits of 250,000 ₺ or more. The minimum withdrawal is 100 TL on every method, and for deposits of up to 999 ₺ the payout is capped at 10 times the deposit.
The mirror's footer shows about twenty payment services, nearly all Turkish payment intermediaries: bank transfer (havale) through MegaPayz, Valepays, NeoPays or Anında, Papara through MegaPayz, QR payments, card and crypto options, and wallets such as PayUrus, LevCüzdan and FulgurPay. Skrill and Neteller are not among them. Minimum and maximum amounts per method appear only in the cashier, not on a public page.
For payment problems the operator names live chat, which it says runs 7/24, and the e-mail address [email protected]; new addresses are announced on its Telegram channel. Complaints are not accepted via social media, and the rules require a claim to be raised within six months of the transaction, so keep screenshots of deposits and withdrawal requests.
Deposits are made in Turkish lira; the operator converts other currencies at its own daily rate. The name on the paying account must match the Diesbet account, otherwise the payment can be refused. Under the operator's general bonus rules, deposits made by credit card do not qualify for any bonus, which matters before choosing a card method in the cashier.
The first-deposit offer gives 75 to 750 free spins on Gates of Olympus 1000 at 4 ₺ per spin, depending on the deposit (500 ₺ to 5,000 ₺ or more), worth up to 3,000 ₺. Deposit and spin winnings must be wagered once within 7 days, and the payout is capped at 10 times the deposit. Customers who deposit 10 to 50 or more times a month receive 50 to 300 spins at 2 ₺, and a separate Pragmatic offer gives 75 to 300 spins for deposits from 1,000 ₺.
The operator's privacy policy says data is protected by SSL encryption and that cookies expire within two weeks at most; we have not tested either claim. The same policy bases data protection on Curaçao eGaming law, which does not fit the operator's Anjouan licence. The help pages are in Turkish only, and no separate verification (KYC) policy is published: the rules only say that documents may be requested.
The contact page lists live chat, described by the operator as available 7/24, and the e-mail address [email protected]; the footer adds [email protected]. New addresses are announced on Telegram (t.me/diesbet1). No telephone line is published. The operator says it reviews complaints within 24 hours and aims to resolve them within eight weeks; we have not tested response times.
Diesbet runs as a responsive website that adapts to phone screens; no app download was offered on the mirror we checked on 4 October 2026. Because the address keeps changing, from diesbet378.com in August to diesbet392.com in October, bookmarks and home-screen shortcuts stop working. The operator announces each new address on its Telegram channel.
The footer of www.diesbet392.com says diesbet.com is run by Vanta Technology LTD under Anjouan licence ALSI-202509020-FI1. The Anjouan register does not list diesbet.com under that licence, whose expiry date of 15 September 2026 has also passed. The register and the licence seal on the same page name Raptor Entertainment Ltd and licence ALSI-202504009-FI1, valid until 13 April 2027. That Anjouan licence is the only one we found, and it excludes the UK and the USA, among other countries.
The operator's homepage features slots such as Gates of Olympus, Gates of Olympus 1000, Sweet Bonanza, Bon Bon and Blast, the crash game Crash Infinity and its own Dies Crash. Besides slots and live casino it has sections for sports betting, live betting, virtual sports, e-sports and TV games, plus a jackpot section. The operator publishes no total number of games.
The operator publishes no provider list. Its own game rules name BetConstruct, which according to the operator's company page also supplies the platform, as well as Pragmatic Play, Evolution and Vision Casino. We do not list any other studios, because the operator's pages do not name them.
Several of the operator's rules can cancel winnings after the event. Using the Martingale or a similar system systematically leads to account closure and unpaid winnings. Roulette bets on more than 20 numbers in one round (18 on multiplier roulettes) void lucky-number wins. On games such as Crazy Time, Monopoly Live and Mega Wheel the payout is capped at 10 times the deposit. Only one bet per event is allowed, and multiple accounts are closed with their winnings removed.
