Diesbet Licence: What the Footer, Register and Seal Say
Last checked: 4 October 2026. Diesbet's own pages name three different regulatory sources: a licence printed in the footer, a different licence shown by the seal on the same page, and Curaçao in the complaints and privacy pages. Below is what each says, what the Anjouan register says, and how you can check it yourself.
Status and Address Log
Diesbet works through numbered mirror addresses. The table records what we found on each check date.

Between the two checks the mirror number rose from 378 to 392, which means fourteen address changes in about six weeks. We do not link to any mirror.
What the Footer Says
The footer of www.diesbet392.com on 4 October 2026, word for word and unchanged since August:
“diesbet.com is owned and operated by Vanta Technology LTD, registration number: 000050233, registered address: San Victor Street, Orange Walk Town, Belize. Contact us at [email protected]. diesbet.com is licensed and regulated by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros and operates under License ALSI-202509020-FI1. diesbet.com has passed all regulatory compliance and is legally authorized to conduct gaming operations for any and all games of chance and wagering.”
The Belize company number is the operator's statement; we have not checked it in a Belize registry.
What the Anjouan Register Says

The licence printed in the footer therefore belongs to another company and covers a different list of domains, with no diesbet address among them. The licence that does list diesbet.com is Raptor Entertainment Ltd's ALSI-202504009-FI1.
The Vanta Expiry Date
Vanta's licence ALSI-202509020-FI1 has an expiry date of 15 September 2026, which has passed. On 27 September the register mirror still showed it as “valid”, most likely because the register is updated with a delay; on 4 October the official register also showed other licences with August and September 2026 expiry dates as valid. A renewal is not confirmed. Either way, this licence never covered diesbet.com.
The Seal on the Mirror Contradicts the Footer
The mirror also carries an Anjouan licence seal. Its validation page, generated on 4 October 2026, shows: company Raptor Entertainment Ltd, 9 Barrack Road, Belize City, Belize; registered website diesbet.com; operating status VALID; licence ALSI-202504009-FI1. The seal agrees with the register, and the footer text on the same page does not.
Curaçao in the Operator's Documents
The operator's complaints page (in Turkish) tells players who are not satisfied with its answer to apply to “Lisans ( XXX )”, a placeholder that was never filled in, and to the Curaçao eGaming commission at [email protected]. Its privacy policy also bases data protection on Curaçao eGaming law. Neither fits: the licence on record for diesbet.com is from Anjouan, not Curaçao, and the complaints page mentions neither Anjouan nor an independent dispute service.
Where the Licence Applies
The seal's validation page lists the territories excluded from the licence: Australia, the Comoros, France, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom and the USA, plus FATF-blacklisted and sanctioned jurisdictions. Complaints from players in these territories “will not be entertained”. The operator itself publishes no list of excluded countries.
Note for players outside Turkey. The operator publishes no list of excluded countries. The only licence we found is the Anjouan one, and its validation page excludes Australia, the Comoros, France, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom and the USA, as well as FATF-blacklisted and sanctioned jurisdictions. If you are in the UK or the US, you are outside that licence and its complaint route; accounts can be closed and winnings withheld, so read the operator's rules first. As far as we can see, Diesbet holds no licence from the UK Gambling Commission or any other national regulator, and its site is in Turkish only, with all amounts in TL.
How to Complain Under the Anjouan Licence
- Complain to the operator first, via live chat or [email protected], and keep screenshots of your balance, bets and payment requests. The operator's own rules require claims to be raised within six months of the transaction.
- If the complaint is not resolved within 30 days, you can take it to an approved alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider; the operator bears the cost. Approved providers are EGIS ADR, Axion ADR, iGaming ADR and CADRE B.V. (list on anjouangaming.com).
Players in the licence's excluded territories, including the UK, the USA and France, fall outside this route.
How to Check This Yourself
- Read the footer on the address that actually takes deposits, not on the first domain in a redirect chain.
- Copy the company name and the licence number exactly, then search the regulator's register by company name, licence number and domain. Searching only the footer number is what produces a misleading result here.
- Read the domain list of the entry, not just its status. A licence covers only the domains it lists.
- Open the licence seal and compare its company and licence number with the footer text.
- Note the expiry date and the date of your check: registers can lag behind.
Questions About the Diesbet Licence
Which licence covers diesbet.com?
The Anjouan licence ALSI-202504009-FI1, held by Raptor Entertainment Ltd, type b2c, valid from 14 April 2025 to 13 April 2027. The register lists diesbet.com among its 44 domains, and the seal on the mirror names the same licence.
Why does the footer show a different licence?
The footer still cites ALSI-202509020-FI1 of Vanta Technology LTD, a licence whose 40 domains do not include diesbet.com and whose expiry date of 15 September 2026 has passed. The text has not changed since August 2026. The register and the seal are the more reliable records.
Is Diesbet licensed in Curaçao?
We found no Curaçao licence. The operator's complaints page and privacy policy refer to Curaçao eGaming, but the only licence on record for diesbet.com is the Anjouan licence ALSI-202504009-FI1.
Can players in the UK or the US use the Anjouan complaint route?
No. The seal's validation page lists the United Kingdom and the USA among the excluded territories, and complaints from players there are not handled under the licence.
Where do I complain if Diesbet does not pay?
First to the operator via live chat or [email protected], within six months of the transaction. If there is no solution after 30 days, to one of the ADR providers approved by Anjouan, at the operator's cost.
